Make five purchases with participating businesses throughout Taste of Maplewood Week (August 19-26) and you automatically win a prize valued at $10 or more! Addtionally, all cards submitted are entered into our Grand Prize Drawing of a $100 Shopping Spree at your favorite small business listed on the card!

Drop Off Locations: Participating Locations or at the Chamber office (7326A Manchester Ave) Use mail slot if after hours.
CONTEST GUIDELINES
Multiple entries are permitted for Grand Prize drawing. All completed cards are guaranteed to win a prize-though, only one prize per recipient.
Earn a punch when making a purchase with any business listed on the card. One punch per visit.
After receiving 5 punches, return the completed card to the Mid County Chamber of Commerce or other designated location. All completed and eligible cards are guaranteed to win a prize valued at $10 or more and will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 Shopping Spree at your favorite business listed on the card.
Deadline to submit completed cards is August 27. The drawing will be held on August 28. Prizes will be awarded between December August 28-Septembr 4. Winners will be notified of their prize via email. Cards must be filled out legibly and completely to be eligible to win a prize. Prizes not picked up by September 4 will be forfeited.
