Entertainment/Band Consideration

The Mid County Chamber of Commerce books live entertainment throughout the year for events such as the Taste of Maplewood and the Summer Concert Series. To be considered, all performers must complete and submit an entertainment application. Applications are required for consideration—no exceptions.

Entertainment Application Guidelines – Mid County Chamber of Commerce

• All applications are reviewed thoroughly. If selected or if more information is needed, we will contact you directly.

• Follow-up emails or calls are discouraged and will not impact selection.

• Band selection typically begins in early spring. Applications are kept on file for two years, so you may be considered for future events even if not selected immediately.

• Stage and sound equipment are provided by the Chamber.

• Compensation varies by event and experience:
  Summer Concert Series: $300–$600*
  Taste of Maplewood (Main Stage): $500–$1,200* (higher range for established bands)
  Taste of Maplewood (Community Stage): Under $500*

  *Our budget is limited and based on sponsorship and fundraising. We value musicians and aim to compensate fairly within our means.
