Flavor 360 in the Spotlight
For the past six years, Chef Kara has grown Flavor 360 into a full service catering business with unique menus focused on local ingredients, using kitchen practices dedicated to sustainability—no exceptions. When COVID hit in 2020, Flavor 360 pivoted its focus by adding box lunches and ready-made meals for St. Louisans who want to feed their clients, friends, and families with the best ingredients the region has to offer. While Flavor 360 continues to expand, it still remains just a family-run, family-focused place for people who like good food that is good for the environment and good for the community.
We recently participated for the first time as a food vendor at the Earth Day Festival in Forest Park! We also joined a local online farmer’s market called “Market Wagon” where customers throughout the St. Louis region can experience our creations!

A goal of Flavor 360’s this year was to get more involved and integrate ourselves into the community. We are excited to meet other business owners and hopefully increase the success of our business. We would love Flavor 360 to be the go to for grab-and-go lunches, office parties, or networking lunches.
Our favorite fellow Chamber business is Traveling Tea where we source loose leaf tea for our iced tea that we sell in the Market.
