Summation of Organization:
We provide vocational supports to individuals who have sustained head injuries such as tbi’s, strokes, brain tumors, anoxic or blast injuries. We opened a clubhouse for individuals who aspire to learn and maintain work readiness skills as well as improve home and community independence.
Any upcoming events, promotions, or anniversaries for your business:
We do 2 fundraisers a year. A 5k/1-mile fun run in April and Trivia Night scheduled in the fall. Our 2026 Trivia Night is scheduled for November 7th, 2026, at the Congregation Temple Israel. Tickets are available now!
What’s the most exciting thing to recently happen for your business or industry?
We just celebrated our 10-year anniversary in March of 2026. We held a gala raising money for our clubhouse where John O’Leary was our keynote speaker.
What do you want your new clients to know?
We want our clients to know that “You are more than your injury, and that brain injury recovery happens over a lifetime”.
What does chamber membership mean for you and your business?
Our organization has always been in the city of Maplewood and that is not by accident. The accessibility of businesses, transportation and the close sense of community are what make Maplewood home to us. I love the chamber events and the connections we have made to help our organization.
What is your favorite Maplewood or Richmond Heights Chamber business?
My (Patricia’s) personal favorite business is the Mystic Valley Crystal Shop.
