We are a small batch coffee roastery and café offering elevated versions of familiar favorites. We love creating food and drinks that feel special and approachable in a space that is welcoming for all people. We have worked hard during the pandemic to find ways to share this experience with our guests even though we have not been able to safely invite guests inside our space.
Once Covid hit in March of last year, we shut our doors to customers. We have been doing curbside service for the past year and this spring we plan to open our patio for table service, just like the old days! We still feel that we cannot safely welcome guests inside our very small space until our entire staff is vaccinated, but we look forward to serving guests on our patio. We have expanded our patio during the pandemic to provide plenty of distanced outdoor seating for guests. We can’t wait to see our wonderful community in person and to hear that hum that we have missed so much during this pandemic.
The pandemic has hit the restaurant industry extremely hard. The industry as a whole has had to get creative and it’s been so inspiring to see how each business has responded. And the support from the St. Louis and Maplewood community has been overwhelming. The handwritten letters of encouragement and support, the extra cash dropped in the tip jar, the glowing reviews online and much, much more has kept us going in the absence of face to face interactions with our customers. We have had to make so many hard decisions over the past year and the support from the local community is truly what has kept us alive!
The biggest news of all is our upcoming café expansion! Construction will be starting soon and once finished, our square footage will triple and we will be able to offer a variety of indoor seating options, as well as an expanded patio. Stay tuned as the expansion gets underway!

Being a chamber member has been really fun. It’s been great to stay tuned in to what is happening in our community and to participate in community events. There are so many wonderful businesses in Maplewood & Richmond Heights and we love being connected to them!
