Spotlight on Complete Harmony

At Complete Harmony we teach trauma informed yoga to youth. Trauma informed simply means we are inclusive. If you know a youth who has experienced trauma, has anxiety, mental health needs, special needs, or just loves yoga, then they will love and be successful in our classes!

In conjunction with weekly youth classes Complete Harmony also offers monthly classes and a host of studio rental opportunities including birthday parties, girl scout badge classes and other exciting business and nonprofit programming. We know that youth who have experienced trauma, have mental health needs, special needs, and anxiety may need some flexibility when it comes to a party atmosphere. So we allow party packages that are flexible and offered at a trauma informed approach. Complete Harmony also visits St. Louis schools, offer home school classes, and in non for profits.  We are excited to partner with more area businesses and non for profits to offer more youth and family programming.

It has been thrilling to bring on Grace Pettit as my apprentice and to have finally found a permanent space that we could transform into a yoga studio just for youth and families. Providing a safe and welcoming space for youth to come and explore who they are and the world around them. We are looking forward to our much anticipated Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on September 17th at 5:15 p.m. We can’t wait to meet more families, professionals, and business owners.

Chamber Talk

Chamber membership means community to me! Being connected is a very important part of having a business. Being able to support others in their passions and dreams, and feeling that love in return is invaluable.

Oh how we love all our Maplewood and Richmond Heights businesses. When we didn’t have a home base I spent all my time working at Stone Spiral and it really did become a home and office. The atmosphere, the staff, and the location just made for a great place to meet people, dream, and create!
