After 5 minutes, vendors will be asked to move their vehicles so other businesses can get through. Plan accordingly if you need someone to stay with your items after drop-off. We hope to offer the ability for vendors to drive/drop off on Saturday as well. Saturday hours to drive/drop off are 8-9:30 a.m.

Selling Food/Drinks | We suggest reviewing the St. Louis County Health Department checklist for outdoor events and the “Best Practices for Vendor Tips” document below. We’d also suggest lookin at the Vendor Meeting agenda for requirements for fire extinguishers and other info if you did not attend the vendor meeting.
Security | The police and fire command post will be located at the top of the street near Manchester. Uniformed officers will patrol the event. In the event you encounter an intoxicated guests or someone in need of medical assistance, please alert the command post.
