Vendor Set-Up

UPDATES TO MAP/LAYOUT AS OF 5/15/2024. Scroll down and view “tent placement” to see if you’re effected
We anticipate all tents being set-up by 3:30 pm and we’re hoping to keep the street open for vendor equipment drop off until 3:30 pm. The earlier you arrive in the day, the better chance you’ll have at being able to drive up.

Vendors should enter off Manchester and exit onto Hazel… traffic will flow North to South.

Out of respect for everyone, vendors are asked to quickly unload and move their vehicles. Plan ahead to have someone help unload vehicle and/or stay with equipment if it needs to be watched while the car is parked. If you’re asked to move your vehicle for any reason, please do so immediately.

The street will be closed for the duration of the event after Friday at 3:30 pm. If you are only participating Saturday and have heavy equipment, you may consider bringing it on Friday if security is not an issue.

Tents (For those who are bringing your own)
If your tent is indicated with a dotted line on the layout, then it means that you are bringing your own tent.

Tent inspections will occur at 5:00 p.m. on Friday and at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday (for those who aren’t participating Friday Night.

Inspectors will be looking for your 10X10 tent to have 40 lb pound weights securely attached to every tent leg (total of 160 pounds).

Security
The police and fire command post will be located at the top of the street near Manchester. Uniformed officers will patrol the event and be on the lookout for any safety concerns. If you notice someone in need of medical assistance, please alert the command post or a uniformed officer.

There will be an off-duty officer stationed at the event site overnight on Friday. Vendors should use their best discretion in deciding to leave equipment overnight. The Chamber is not responsible for any vendor equipment, products, or property.
