VENDOR INFORMATION & UPDATES

Drop off/Set-Up | Vendors may drive/drop off equipment between 2-4 pm on Friday. All tents will be set up no later than 4:00. After 4 pm the street will close to all vehicle traffic- no exceptions.. Vendors must enter off of Manchester and exit onto Hazel… traffic will flow North to South.  To ensure everyone has the same opportunity- vendors have 5 minutes to unload car. After 5 minutes, vendors will be asked to move their vehicles so other businesses can get through. Plan accordingly if you need someone to stay with your items after drop-off. We hope to offer the ability for vendors to drive/drop off on Saturday as well. Saturday hours to drive/drop off are 8-9:30 a.m. IMPORTANT NOTE: We are working with a new tent company this year. While the Chamber and tent company have done our very best to coordinate in advance to adhere to our normal timeline, we expect there to be a learning curve. Please be patient with the set-up workers, and Chamber staff if times vary.

Bringing your own tent? | If your tent is indicated with a dotted line on the layout, then it means that you are bringing your own tent. Vendors who’ve indicated they are bringing a tent are subject to an inspection to ensure it is properly weighted for weather. Vendors will not be allowed to open 1) Without a 10 X 10 Tent OR 2) unless tent is properly secured. There should be 40 pound weights securely attached to every tent leg.

Selling Food/Drinks | We suggest reviewing the St. Louis County Health Department checklist for outdoor events and the “Best Practices for Vendor Tips” document below. We’d also suggest looking at the Vendor Meeting agenda for requirements for fire extinguishers and other info if you did not attend the vendor meeting. As a reminder, businesses are not permitted to sell beer, soda, or water.

Security | The police and fire command post will be located at the top of the street near Manchester. Uniformed officers will patrol the event. If you notice someone in need of medical assistance, please alert the command post. There will be an off-duty officer stationed at the event site overnight on Friday. Vendors should use their best discretion in deciding to leave equipment overnight. The Chamber is not responsible for any vendor equipment, products, or property.
